2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the safe from its packaging. Inspect the safe for any signs of damage. Ensure all included components are present:
- 1 x Biometric fireproof home safe
- 1 x User Manual
- 1 x Fireproof Waterproof Document A4 Bag
- 2 x Backup keys
- 4 x Mounting Screws
- 1 x Lock Protective Cover
- 1 x Mat

2.2 Battery Installation
The safe requires batteries for the electronic lock. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the inside of the safe door. Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings. Close the compartment securely.
2.3 Initial Code and Fingerprint Setup
The factory initial code is 1234#. It is highly recommended to change this immediately and register your fingerprints.
- Setting Personal Password:
- Press the red resetting button located behind the door.
- Enter your desired 3-8 digit personal code and press "#" to confirm.
- Enter the same code again and press "#" to confirm.
- Adding Fingerprint:
- Press the red resetting button behind the door.
- Place your finger on the fingerprint scanner 3 times in a row, lifting it slightly between each scan.
- Open the door using the newly registered fingerprint to verify it works correctly.

2.4 Mounting the Safe
For enhanced security, the safe can be bolted to a wall or floor. Locate the pre-drilled holes inside the safe. Use the included mounting hardware to secure the safe to a solid surface. Ensure the mounting location is stable and can support the weight of the safe and its contents.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Opening the Safe
The safe offers four methods for access:
- Key Unlock: Insert the backup key into the keyhole and turn to unlock.
- Fingerprint Unlock: Place a registered finger on the biometric scanner. The safe will unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.
- Passcode Unlock: Enter your programmed 3-8 digit passcode on the keypad, then press "#" or "OK" (depending on model).
- Emergency Power + Code: If batteries are dead, connect a USB-C power source to the emergency port, then enter your passcode.

3.2 Closing and Locking the Safe
To lock the safe, simply close the door firmly. The locking bolts will automatically engage. Ensure the door is fully closed and the bolts are extended to secure your valuables.
3.3 Mute Mode
The keypad and fingerprint scanner provide audible feedback by default. To activate mute mode and silence these beeps, refer to the specific instructions in your included user manual. This feature is useful for discreet access.
3.4 LED Indicators
The keypad features LED indicators to provide status feedback:
- Green Light: Indicates correct entry or successful operation.
- Red Light: Indicates incorrect entry or error.
- Yellow/Orange Light: Indicates low battery.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Replacement
When the low battery indicator illuminates, replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Use the emergency key or USB-C power if the batteries are completely depleted before replacement.

4.2 Cleaning
Clean the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. For the keypad and fingerprint scanner, use a dry, lint-free cloth to prevent residue buildup.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Alarm Activation
The safe features a smart triple alert system. The alarm will activate if:
- Six continuous failed attempts are made to enter the password or fingerprint.
- The safe is subjected to violent vibration or tampering.
To activate the vibration alarm, press "0#" on the keypad. The alarm will sound to deter unauthorized access. To silence the alarm, enter a correct password or fingerprint.

5.2 Forgotten Passcode or Unregistered Fingerprint
If you forget your passcode or a registered fingerprint is not recognized, use one of the alternative access methods:
- Use the backup key to open the safe.
- If batteries are dead, connect a USB-C power source to the emergency port and then use your passcode.
Once the safe is open, you can reset your passcode or register new fingerprints following the instructions in Section 2.3.
5.3 Safe Not Opening
- Check Batteries: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power. Replace if necessary.
- Correct Entry: Double-check that you are entering the correct passcode or using a registered fingerprint.
- Emergency Key: Always keep your backup keys in a secure location outside the safe for emergency access.
