Using the Surface Burners

  1. Place appropriate cookware on the grate over the desired burner.
  2. Push in and turn the corresponding burner knob counter-clockwise to the "Ignite" position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
  3. Once the burner ignites, release the knob and adjust it to the desired flame size (LO to HI).
  4. To turn off, turn the knob clockwise to the "OFF" position.

The range is equipped with four Italian SABAF sealed burners: one ultra-fast burner and three fast burners, providing versatile cooking options for various culinary needs.

Using the Oven

  1. Ensure the oven racks are in the desired position. The oven includes two racks for flexible cooking.
  2. Push in and turn the oven knob to the desired temperature setting (e.g., 250°F to 480°F).
  3. Allow the oven to preheat to the set temperature. The oven indicator light will typically turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
  4. Place food inside the oven.
  5. To turn off, turn the oven knob to the "OFF" position.
