Product Features

• Built-in Ice Maker: Produces 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes in approximately 6-8 minutes, with a daily capacity of up to 18 lbs. The internal storage can hold up to 0.7 lbs of ice. Note: The unit does not keep ice frozen long-term.
• Cold & Room Temperature Water: Offers options for crisp cold water and room-temperature water. Note: This model does NOT provide hot water.
• Bottom Loading Design: Eliminates the need for heavy lifting, making bottle replacement easy and reducing spills. Compatible with standard 3-gallon water bottles (bottle not included).
• Automatic Shut-Off System: The dispenser automatically stops ice production if there is insufficient water or if the ice box is full. Melted ice water is recycled for efficiency.
• LCD Display & Touch Controls: Features an electronic digital control panel with intuitive touch screen buttons and indicator lights for Power, Ice, Cold Water, Add Water, Water Cooling, Make Ice, Ice Fill, and Water Fill.

Setup Guide

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from walls to allow for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near direct sunlight or heat sources.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water reservoir and ice bin with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
4. Water Bottle Installation:
   • Open the lower cabinet door.
   • Remove the cap from a new 3-gallon water bottle.
   • Insert the retractable siphon tube into the water bottle.
   • Slide the water bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. Priming the System: Before turning on cooling or ice making functions, allow the water to fill the internal reservoirs for approximately 5-10 minutes. Dispense a few cups of water to ensure air is purged from the lines.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The SOOPYK water dispenser features an intuitive LCD touch control panel. Refer to the image below for button functions:

Dispensing Cold Water

1. Ensure the unit is plugged in and a water bottle is installed.
2. Press the Cold Water button (snowflake icon) on the control panel to activate the water cooling function. The indicator light will illuminate.
3. Place a glass or container under the water spout.
4. Press the Water Fill button (water drop icon) to dispense cold water. Release the button to stop.

If you prefer room-temperature water, do not activate the water cooling function. Simply press the Water Fill button.

Making and Dispensing Ice

1. Ensure the unit is plugged in and has sufficient water.
2. Press the Make Ice button (ice cube icon) on the control panel to begin ice production. The indicator light will illuminate.
3. Ice cubes will be produced and dropped into the internal ice storage bin. The "Ice Full" indicator will light up when the bin is full, and ice production will pause automatically.
4. To dispense ice, place a glass or container under the ice spout.
5. Press the Ice Fill button (ice cubes in glass icon) to dispense ice cubes. Release the button to stop.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your SOOPYK water dispenser.

Daily Care

• Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth.
• Empty and clean the removable drip tray regularly to prevent water overflow and bacterial growth.

Deep Cleaning (Monthly/Bi-Monthly)

1. Unplug the Unit: Always disconnect the power before deep cleaning.
2. Drain Water: Remove the water bottle. Drain any remaining water from the internal reservoirs.
3. Clean Water Path: Prepare a cleaning solution of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a food-grade descaling solution. Pour it into the water reservoir.
4. Circulate Solution: Allow the solution to sit for 15-20 minutes. Then, dispense a few cups of the solution through both the cold water and ice dispensing spouts to clean the internal lines.
5. Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the reservoir and lines multiple times with fresh, clean water until no vinegar smell remains.
6. Clean Ice Bin: Remove the internal ice storage bin and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse well and dry completely before returning it to the unit.
7. Exterior and Condenser Coils: Wipe down the entire exterior. For optimal performance, gently vacuum or brush the condenser coils at the back of the unit to remove dust and debris.
8. Reassemble and Restart: Reinstall the ice bin and a fresh water bottle. Plug in the unit and allow it to prime before use.
