1. Product Overview

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your BOMOVA Heated Electric Throw Blanket. This electric throw blanket features 10 heating levels and an 8-hour auto-off function, designed for comfort and warmth. 2. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup Guide

  1. Carefully unpack the heated blanket and its controller. Ensure all components are present and free from damage.
  2. Locate the power inlet on the blanket and securely connect the controller cable to it. Ensure a firm connection.
  3. Plug the power cord from the controller into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
  4. Spread the blanket evenly on your desired surface (e.g., bed, couch) ensuring there are no folds or creases that could trap heat.

4. Operating Your Heated Blanket

The BOMOVA Heated Electric Throw Blanket is operated using the attached LED controller. The controller allows you to power the blanket on/off, adjust heating levels, and set an automatic shut-off timer.

4.1 Power On/Off

  • To turn the blanket ON, press the power button (O/I) on the controller. The LED display will illuminate.
  • To turn the blanket OFF, press the power button again.

4.2 Adjusting Heating Levels

  • The blanket offers 10 heating levels, ranging from 83°F to 113°F.
  • Use the temperature adjustment buttons (^ and v) to increase or decrease the heat setting.
  • The current heating level will be displayed on the LED screen.

4.3 Setting the Auto-Off Timer

  • The blanket features an automatic shut-off function for safety and energy saving.
  • Press the timer adjustment button (clock icon) to cycle through available timer settings: 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours.
  • If no specific timer is set, the blanket will automatically power off after 8 hours of continuous use.

5. Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your heated blanket. Always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and the controller from the blanket before cleaning.

5.1 Cleaning Instructions

  • Hand Wash Only: Gently hand wash the blanket in lukewarm water with mild detergent.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean. These actions can damage the internal wiring and fabric.
  • Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
  • Drying: Hang the blanket to air dry completely. Ensure it is fully dry before reconnecting the controller or storing.

5.2 Storage

  • Ensure the blanket is completely dry before folding.
  • Gently fold or roll the blanket. Avoid sharp creases that could damage the internal wires.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
