Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes. Follow these steps carefully for proper construction.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious, flat, and clean area for assembly. Lay down a blanket or cardboard to protect the floor and furniture parts.
2. Identify Parts: Each part is labeled. Refer to the included diagram (Figure 1) to identify all panels and hardware.
3. Assemble the Base: Attach the side panels to the front and back panels using the provided screws and cam locks. Ensure all connections are snug.
4. Install the Bottom Panel: Slide the bottom panel into the grooves or secure it to the assembled frame as per the diagram.
5. Attach Safety Hinges: Secure the two safety hinges to the back panel and the top lid. Ensure they are aligned correctly for smooth operation.

6. Attach the Top Lid: Carefully align the top lid with the hinges and secure it. Test the opening and closing mechanism to ensure it functions smoothly and stays open at various angles.
7. Install Handles: Attach the oval-shaped black handles to the side panels.

8. Final Check: Verify all connections are tight and the chest is stable.

Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing the Lid:

• To open, gently lift the lid using the cut-out handle on the front edge. The safety hinges will hold the lid open at various angles.
• To close, gently push the lid downwards. The safety hinges will ensure a slow and controlled descent, preventing sudden drops.

Storage Capacity:

The chest provides 169 liters of internal storage space. It is suitable for blankets, pillows, toys, shoes, and other household items. Distribute weight evenly within the chest.
