4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit upright on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from walls and other objects to allow for proper ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
  3. Water Bottle Installation:
    • Open the lower compartment door of the water cooler.
    • Remove the cap from a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
    • Insert the probe from the water cooler into the opening of the water bottle. Ensure the probe is fully inserted.
    • Slide the water bottle into the lower compartment and close the door securely.
  4. Priming the System: Before plugging in the unit, allow water to fill the internal tanks. Press each water dispenser button (hot, warm, cold) until water flows steadily from each spout. This ensures air is purged from the system and prevents damage to heating elements.
  5. Power Connection: Once the system is primed, plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  6. Initial Cooling/Heating: Allow approximately 10 hours for the water to reach its optimal cold and hot temperatures after initial setup.
