4. Setup Instructions
Assembly of the tectake Miramas Party Tent is designed to be quick and straightforward using an intelligent interlocking system. It is recommended that at least two people assist with the assembly.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a stable, level surface for assembly. Clear the area of any sharp objects or debris.
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the steel poles according to the diagrams in the manual (not provided in this text, refer to physical manual). Ensure all connections are fully engaged and secure. The powder-coated steel frame provides a robust base.
- Attach the Roof Tarpaulin: Carefully drape the roof tarpaulin over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed. Secure the roof tarpaulin to the frame using any integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps).
- Install Side Panels: The tent includes 8 flexible side panels. Six panels feature windows, and two are zippered for entry/exit. Attach the side panels to the frame using the integrated Velcro fasteners. You can choose to install all panels for full enclosure or fewer for an open design.
- Secure the Tent: Use the provided 16 pegs to anchor the tent's feet to the ground. Attach the 8 guy ropes to the designated points on the frame and secure them firmly to the ground using additional pegs. This step is crucial for stability, especially in varying weather conditions.

5. Operating Instructions
The tectake Miramas Party Tent offers versatile usage options:
- Flexible Side Panels: The eight side panels can be easily installed or removed as needed. Use all panels for maximum enclosure and protection from elements, or remove some to create an open, airy space. The zippered panels allow for convenient entry and exit.
- Window Functionality: The six large windows on the side panels allow natural light into the tent, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere while maintaining protection from wind and light rain.
- Weather Protection: The high-quality polyethylene tarpaulins are waterproof and offer UV protection (30+), providing shelter from sun and rain. However, always refer to the safety warnings regarding extreme weather.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the tent fabric and frame with a mild soap solution and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the materials. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the frame for any signs of damage or corrosion. Check the fabric for tears or excessive wear. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the fabric is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
7. Troubleshooting
- Tent Instability: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged. Verify that the tent is on level ground and that all pegs and guy ropes are securely anchored. Tighten guy ropes if necessary.
- Water Leakage: Check that the roof tarpaulin is correctly positioned and taut. Ensure all side panels are properly attached and sealed. Small leaks might occur at seams over time; seam sealer can be applied if needed.
- Difficulty with Assembly/Disassembly: Refer to the assembly instructions carefully. Ensure poles are aligned correctly before attempting to connect them. Do not force connections.
