2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement

5. Troubleshooting

5.2 No Image or Blurry Image

  • Verify that the projector is powered on and the lens cap (if any) is removed.
  • Check the input source if an external device is connected (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
  • Allow the automatic keystone correction to adjust the image. If manual focus is available, adjust it until the image is clear.
  • Ensure the projection surface is flat and clean.

5.3 No Sound

  • Increase the volume on the projector and the connected source device.
  • Check if external speakers or headphones are connected via Bluetooth or the audio jack. Disconnect them to use the built-in speakers, or ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
  • Verify that the audio output settings on the projector are correct.

5.4 Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Connection Issues

  • Ensure the Wi-Fi router or Bluetooth device is within range and powered on.
  • Restart the projector and the network device/Bluetooth accessory.
  • Re-enter the Wi-Fi password to ensure it is correct.
  • For Bluetooth, unpair and re-pair the device.
