Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your Strongway 17in., 60 Watt LED Warning Light Bar with Magnetic Base. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation and retain it for future reference.

The Strongway LED Warning Light Bar is designed to provide enhanced visibility and safety in various environments, including emergency, construction, and roadside applications. Its robust construction ensures durability in harsh conditions, while high-output LEDs deliver clear visual warnings.

Safety Information

• Ensure the light bar is securely mounted before vehicle operation.
• Do not operate the light bar if the power cord or plug is damaged.

Setup

1. Choose Mounting Location: Select a flat, clean, and dry metallic surface on your vehicle's roof or other suitable area. Ensure the surface is free of dirt, dust, or moisture to allow for optimal magnetic adhesion.
2. Secure the Light Bar: Carefully place the light bar onto the chosen metallic surface. The four integrated magnetic bases (Figure 2) will securely attach the unit. Ensure the light bar is stable and does not wobble before driving.

3. Connect Power: Route the 12ft. power cord safely into the vehicle's cabin, avoiding areas where it could be pinched or damaged. Plug the 12V auxiliary power plug into your vehicle's 12V auxiliary outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: The 12V auxiliary power plug features an integrated on/off switch. Press this switch to turn the light bar on or off.
2. Change Flash Patterns: The 12V auxiliary power plug also includes a pattern selection switch. Press this switch to cycle through the 11 available flash patterns until you find the desired pattern.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the light bar's lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the lens or finish.
• Magnetic Base Inspection: Regularly inspect the magnetic bases for any debris or damage. Ensure they are clean to maintain strong adhesion and prevent scratching vehicle surfaces.
• Cord and Plug: Check the power cord and 12V plug for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Replace if necessary.
• Storage: When not in use, store the light bar in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
