4. Setup

4.1 Initial Power On

  1. Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the UMIDIGI logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, region, and accept the terms and conditions.

4.2 Wi-Fi Connection

  1. During initial setup or via Settings > Network & internet > Internet, select your desired Wi-Fi network.
  2. Enter the Wi-Fi password if prompted and tap Connect.

5. Operating the Tablet

5.1 Basic Navigation

  • Home Screen: Swipe left or right to access different home screens.
  • App Drawer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view all installed applications.
  • Notifications & Quick Settings: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access notifications and quick settings toggles (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, brightness, etc.).

  1. Go to Settings > Memory & Expansion.

To use two applications simultaneously:

  1. Open the first application.
  2. Tap the recent apps button (usually a square icon) to view open applications.
  3. Tap and hold the icon of the first app at the top of its card, then select Split screen.
  4. Choose the second application from the recent apps list or app drawer to occupy the other half of the screen.
