The Blink Mini 2K+ is a compact, plug-in indoor security camera designed to provide enhanced home monitoring. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Blink Mini 2K+ camera:

1. Download the Blink Home Monitor App: Download and install the Blink Home Monitor app from your device's app store. The app is required for camera setup and operation.
2. Create an Account: If you are a new user, create a Blink account within the app. Existing users can log in.
3. Add Your Camera: In the Blink app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device. Select the Blink Mini 2K+ and follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code on the back of the camera.
4. Connect to Power: Plug the USB-C cable into the camera and connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet. The camera will power on and a blue light will flash, indicating it is ready for setup.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi: The app will guide you through connecting your camera to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct.
6. Positioning and Mounting:

   Place the camera on a flat surface or use the included stand and mounting screws to secure it to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the area you wish to monitor. For outdoor use, a Weather Resistant Power Adapter (sold separately) is required.

Operating Instructions

Once your Blink Mini 2K+ is set up, you can begin monitoring. All camera functions are controlled through the Blink Home Monitor app.

• Live View: Open the Blink app and tap on your camera's thumbnail to initiate a live view. This allows you to see real-time video from your camera.

• 2K Video Resolution and Zoom: The camera captures video in 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, providing clear and detailed footage. You can use the app to zoom up to 4x into the live view or recorded clips.

• Cloud Video Storage: A free 30-day trial of a Blink Subscription Plan is included, allowing secure cloud storage of your footage. To continue storing videos beyond the trial period, a subscription plan is required. Videos are stored for up to 60 days, and important clips can be downloaded to your mobile device.
• Alexa Integration: The Blink Mini 2K+ works with Alexa-enabled devices. You can use voice commands to view live feeds, arm/disarm your system, and more.
