4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the sprayer is turned off.
  2. Align the 18V battery (not included) with the battery port on the sprayer unit.
  3. Slide the battery into the port until it clicks securely into place.
  4. To remove, press the battery release latch and slide the battery out.

4.2 Tank and Wand Assembly

  1. Place one of the 2-gallon tanks onto the sprayer base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  2. Connect the sprayer hose to the tank outlet and the sprayer unit inlet, ensuring a tight fit.
  3. Attach the sprayer wand to the end of the hose.
  4. Twist the adjustable nozzle onto the end of the wand. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Tank

  1. Ensure the sprayer is off and the battery is removed before filling.
  2. Unscrew the tank cap. The cap can be used as a measuring cup for precise chemical mixing.
  3. Carefully pour the desired liquid into the tank, observing maximum fill lines.
  4. Securely replace the tank cap, ensuring it is tightly sealed.

5.2 Spraying

  1. Insert a charged 18V battery.
  2. Turn on the sprayer using the power switch. The cordless pump will begin to pressurize the system.
  3. Point the wand nozzle towards the target area.
  4. Press the trigger on the wand handle to begin spraying.
  5. Adjust the nozzle by twisting it to achieve the desired spray pattern (e.g., fine mist, stream).
  6. Release the trigger to stop spraying.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Proper cleaning after each use extends the life of your sprayer and prevents cross-contamination of chemicals.

  1. Empty any remaining liquid from the tank.
  2. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
  3. Fill the tank with clean water and operate the sprayer for a few minutes to flush the pump, hose, and wand.
