1. Introduction

2. Setup and Assembly

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all listed accessories are included: a storage bag, saddle, phone holder, lock, necessary tools, charger, and disc brake pads. Inspect the scooter for any signs of damage during transit.

2.2 Assembly

The Tumotcy K8 Electric Scooter comes largely pre-assembled. You will primarily need to attach the handlebar assembly and, if desired, the seat. Use the provided tools to securely fasten all components. Ensure all bolts are tightened according to the instructions in the included user manual.

2.3 Initial Charging

Before your first ride, fully charge the scooter's 60V 38Ah lithium battery. The scooter is designed with two fast-fill ports, allowing for quick charging with dual chargers simultaneously. A full charge to 100% typically takes approximately 7 hours.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On and Off

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the Smart LCD Display. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

3.2 Riding Modes and Controls

The K8 electric scooter is equipped with two powerful 3000W brushless motors, allowing for a top speed of 50 MPH and the ability to cross a 50° climbing angle. You can switch between riding modes:

• Eco Mode: For extended range and conservative power use.
• Turbo Mode: For maximum speed and acceleration.
• Single/Dual Motor: Engage one or both motors for varying power output.

The Smart LCD Display will record all riding data, including speed, mileage, and remaining power. The scooter also features a 360-degree light system with bright headlights, turn signals, and brake lights for visibility.

3.3 Braking System

The K8 6000W electric off-road scooter is equipped with front and rear dual hydraulic disc brakes, which significantly shorten the braking distance for improved safety. Always apply brakes smoothly and evenly.

3.4 Suspension and Tires

3.5 Portability

4. Maintenance

4.1 General Care

Regularly clean your scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or electronic components. Store the scooter in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

4.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery before recharging. It is recommended to charge the battery after each use, especially if it has been significantly discharged. Store the scooter with a partial charge if not used for extended periods.

4.3 Tire and Brake Checks

Periodically check the tire pressure of the 12-inch vacuum street tires to ensure optimal performance and safety. Inspect the front and rear hydraulic disc brakes for wear and tear, and ensure they are functioning correctly before each ride.
