2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Follow these steps:

1. Unfold the Frame: Carefully unfold the X-frame steel structure until it forms a stable base. Ensure the locking mechanisms (if any) click into place.
2. Attach the Wheels: Insert the four swivel wheels into the designated holes at the bottom of the frame legs. Two of these wheels have brakes. Ensure they are securely fastened.
3. Install the Upper Canvas Liner: Drape the upper canvas liner over the top frame. Secure it by fastening any provided straps, buttons, or clips to the frame. Ensure the side pocket is positioned as desired.
4. Install the Lower Canvas Basket: Place the lower canvas basket onto the bottom support bars of the frame. Secure it in place using any provided fasteners.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Loading the Cart

Place dirty laundry into the upper canvas liner. The side pocket can be used for small items like laundry clips or delicates. The lower basket provides additional storage for folded clothes, towels, or laundry supplies.

5.2. Moving the Cart

To move the cart, ensure the brakes on the two locking wheels are disengaged. Grip the metal handle and push or pull the cart to your desired location. The 360° swivel casters allow for easy maneuverability.

5.3. Locking the Wheels

To keep the cart stationary, push down the levers on the two braked wheels until they lock. To unlock, lift the levers.

5.4. Folding for Storage

To fold the cart, remove all contents from both baskets. Disengage any frame locks, then gently push the sides of the X-frame together until the cart collapses into a flat profile. This allows for compact storage in narrow spaces.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Canvas Liner

The canvas liner is machine washable. Remove it from the frame before washing. Use a mild detergent and follow the care instructions on the fabric label. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

6.2. Frame and Wheels

Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth as needed. Periodically check the wheels for any debris or lint that might hinder smooth rolling. Clean as necessary.

• Cart does not roll smoothly: Check wheels for tangled hair or debris. Ensure brakes are disengaged.
• Cart feels unstable: Verify that the X-frame is fully extended and all connections are secure. Do not overload the baskets.
• Difficulty folding/unfolding: Ensure no items are obstructing the frame's movement. Apply gentle, even pressure.
