2. Setup and Assembly
2.1. Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing contents are present and undamaged. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.
2.2. Handle Assembly
Attach the lower handle to the mower deck using the provided bolts and knobs. Secure the upper handle to the lower handle, ensuring the quick-release levers are properly engaged. Adjust the handle height for comfortable operation.
2.3. Grass Collection Bag Assembly
Assemble the grass collection bag by attaching the fabric bag to the frame. Lift the rear discharge flap on the mower and hook the grass bag onto the mower chassis.
2.4. Battery Installation and Charging
The mower operates with two 20V batteries simultaneously, with capacity for two additional batteries for extended runtime. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.
- Insert the batteries into the designated battery slots in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- To charge, remove batteries from the mower and place them into the provided chargers. Connect chargers to a suitable power outlet.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Starting and Stopping the Mower
To start, ensure the safety key is inserted. Press and hold the safety button, then pull the bail lever towards the handle. To stop, release the bail lever.
3.2. Cutting Height Adjustment
The mower features a central cutting height adjustment with 7 positions, ranging from 26 mm to 80 mm. To adjust, pull the lever located near the front wheel and move it to the desired height setting.

3.3. Variable Speed Drive (Vario Drive)
The rear-wheel drive offers variable speed adjustment from 2.5 to 4.5 km/h, making mowing easier, especially on uneven terrain. Adjust the speed using the controls on the handle.

3.4. Mulching Function
To mulch, insert the mulching plug into the rear discharge opening. This allows the mower to finely cut grass clippings and return them to the lawn as natural fertilizer.

3.5. Side Discharge
For side discharge, attach the side discharge chute to the designated opening on the side of the mower deck. This is useful for cutting longer grass where mulching or bagging is not desired.

4. Maintenance

- Excessive vibration: Check for loose components. Inspect the blade for damage or imbalance.
- Motor stops during operation: Batteries may be low on charge or overheating. Allow batteries to cool down and recharge if necessary.
