Important Note on Resolution:
This product supports 3840x2160 (4K/16:9 ratio) resolution, but does not support Dot-by-Dot display. If your PC panel resolution is only 3840x2160 (4K), inputting a 3840x2160 signal from the PC to the monitor (which has a native resolution of 3840x2400) will result in automatic scaling, causing the monitor display to appear blurry. Please verify the output resolution of your connected device before purchasing or connecting.

Connecting Your Monitor
The monitor offers versatile connectivity options. Ensure your device supports video output via USB-C (DisplayPort Alternate Mode) or HDMI.

- USB Type-C Connection (Full-featured): For devices supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode, connect a single USB Type-C to Type-C cable from your device to the monitor's full-featured Type-C port. This provides both video signal and power.
- USB Type-C Connection (Power Delivery): If your device's Type-C port does not provide enough power, or if you are using HDMI, connect the included power adapter to the monitor's power delivery Type-C port.
- Mini HDMI Connection: Connect the mini HDMI cable from your device's HDMI output to the monitor's mini HDMI input. You will also need to provide power to the monitor via one of the USB Type-C ports using the power adapter or a compatible power source.
- Audio Output: Use the 3.5mm headphone jack for external audio devices.
Using the Magnetic Protective Cover as a Stand
The included magnetic protective cover can be folded to serve as a stable stand for your monitor, allowing for various viewing angles. This provides both protection and functionality.

Maintenance

General Care
- Always use the included magnetic protective cover when transporting or storing the monitor to prevent scratches and impacts.

Troubleshooting
No Signal / Blurry Display
- Ensure all cables (USB-C or HDMI) are securely connected to both the monitor and your device.
- Verify that your device's output resolution matches the monitor's native resolution (3840x2400) or a compatible resolution. As noted in the Introduction, inputting a 3840x2160 signal to this 3840x2400 monitor may result in blurriness due to automatic scaling.
- Check if your device's graphics settings are configured to extend or duplicate the display to the portable monitor.
- Ensure the monitor is receiving sufficient power. If using USB-C, try connecting the included power adapter to the monitor's power delivery Type-C port.
Power Issues
- If the monitor does not turn on, ensure the power adapter is properly connected to a working power outlet and the monitor's power input.
- Try using a different power outlet or USB-C cable if available.
- If the monitor makes noise when connected to power, it might indicate a power plug issue. Contact customer support for assistance.
No Audio from Speakers
- Check the monitor's volume settings using the menu buttons.
- Ensure your connected device's audio output is set to the UPERFECT monitor.
- If external speakers or headphones are connected to the 3.5mm jack, the built-in speakers will be muted.
Image Quality Concerns (Color/Contrast)
- Access the monitor's OSD (On-Screen Display) menu to adjust brightness, contrast, color temperature, and other image settings to your preference.
- Ensure HDR mode is enabled on both the monitor and your source device if you wish to utilize HDR.
