2. Product Overview
The EUHOMY LunaArc Crescent Ice Maker is designed for convenient ice production. It features crescent-shaped ice cubes, rapid ice production, and an automatic cleaning system.

The ice maker produces crescent-shaped ice cubes that are designed to melt slower than traditional ice, preserving the flavor of beverages. It can produce up to 28 pounds of ice per day, with the first batch ready in approximately 12 minutes.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including tape and protective films.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damage is found, do not operate the appliance and contact customer support.
4.2 Placement
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance around the appliance for proper ventilation.
- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
4.3 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Refer to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section for detailed instructions.
4.4 Water Filling
The ice maker offers two methods for water refilling:
- Top-up via the small inlet: Pour potable water directly into the designated small inlet at the top of the unit.
- Remove the water tank: Pull out the water tank completely, fill it with potable water, and then push it back into place.

Always use drinking water or filtered water for optimal ice quality.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the 'ON/OFF' button to start or stop the ice making process.
5.2 Ice Making Cycle
Once powered on and with sufficient water, the ice maker will begin its cycle. The first batch of crescent ice cubes is typically ready in approximately 12 minutes.
5.3 Ice Thickness Adjustment
The ice maker allows for adjustment of ice cube thickness:
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to select desired ice thickness (Small, Medium, or Large).
- Available thickness options are approximately 6.5mm (Small), 10mm (Medium), and 14mm (Large).

5.4 Smart Scheduling (Timer Function)
The ice maker features a 24-hour programmable timer:
- Press and hold the '-' button for 3 seconds to activate the timer function.
- Adjust the desired delay time for ice making using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- This allows you to schedule ice production up to 24 hours in advance.

5.5 LED Indicators
The intelligent LED status system provides visual feedback on the ice maker's operation:
- Blue Light: Indicates active ice production.
- Purple Light: Indicates the ice basket is full.
- Orange Light: Indicates a low water level, requiring a refill.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning System
The ice maker features an intelligent auto-cleaning function:
- To activate, press and hold the '+' button for 5 seconds.
- The cleaning cycle lasts approximately 20 minutes, sanitizing the internal components and removing residue.

6.2 Manual Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Remove the ice basket and clean it with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
- For thorough cleaning, drain any remaining water from the reservoir.
6.3 Smart Water Recycling
The ice maker is equipped with a smart water recycling system. Melted ice is automatically collected, filtered, and reused for subsequent ice production, enhancing water efficiency.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ice maker, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
