Control Buttons and Display
- Display: Shows current mode (DAB+, FM, CD, Bluetooth), time, station information, track details, battery status, and signal strength.
- SKIP UP (>>|): Skips to the next track on CD, next station on radio, or navigates menu options.
- ON/OFF OK (Play/Pause): Powers the device on/off (long press), plays/pauses CD playback, confirms selections in menus.
- STOP SEARCH (Square icon): Stops CD playback, initiates station search in radio mode.
- DOWN SKIP (|<<): Skips to the previous track on CD, previous station on radio, or navigates menu options.

Setup
1. Charging the Batteries
- Insert the two BL5C rechargeable batteries into the battery compartment located on the underside of the device. Ensure correct polarity.
- Connect the external power cable to the device's charging port and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
- The battery indicator on the display will show charging status. Allow sufficient time for a full charge before first use.
2. Connecting Headphones
The included headphones also function as the antenna for DAB+ and FM radio reception. It is essential to connect them for optimal radio performance.
- Plug the 3.5mm jack of the headphones into the headphone port on the device.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the ON/OFF OK button until the display illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the ON/OFF OK button until the display turns off.
CD Playback
- Open the CD compartment cover.
- Insert a CD with the label side facing up. Close the cover securely.
- Press the MODE button to select CD mode.
- Press the ON/OFF OK button to start playback.
- Use SKIP UP (>>|) and DOWN SKIP (|<<) to navigate between tracks.
- Press the ON/OFF OK button to pause playback, press again to resume.
- Press the STOP SEARCH button to stop playback.
MP3 Resume Function: The device will automatically resume playback from the last listened position after being powered off and on again. This is particularly useful for audiobooks.
DAB+ Radio Operation
- Ensure headphones are connected to act as the antenna.
- Press the MODE button to select DAB+ mode.
- The device will automatically perform a scan for available DAB+ stations upon first use or if no stations are found. To manually initiate a scan, press the MENU button, navigate to 'Scan', and confirm with ON/OFF OK.
- Use SKIP UP (>>|) and DOWN SKIP (|<<) to browse through available stations.
- To save a favorite station, tune to the desired station, then press and hold the MENU button. Select a preset number (1-10) and confirm.
- To recall a favorite station, briefly press the MENU button, navigate to 'Presets', and select your desired station.
FM Radio Operation
- Ensure headphones are connected to act as the antenna.
- Press the MODE button to select FM mode.
- To automatically search for stations, press the STOP SEARCH button. The device will scan and stop at the next strong signal.
- Use SKIP UP (>>|) and DOWN SKIP (|<<) for fine-tuning or to jump between saved stations.
- To save a favorite station, tune to the desired station, then press and hold the MENU button. Select a preset number (1-10) and confirm.
- To recall a favorite station, briefly press the MENU button, navigate to 'Presets', and select your desired station.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Press the MODE button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will indicate "Pairing" or similar.
- Alternatively, press and hold the EQ/BT button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, speaker), search for available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "DIGITRADIO CD 2GO BT" from the list of found devices to pair.
- Once paired, you can stream audio from your connected device to the DIGITRADIO CD 2GO BT.
Equalizer Settings
- Press the EQ/BT button repeatedly to cycle through available equalizer presets (e.g., Normal, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classic).
