Maintenance and Care

These lucdnc plastic cups are designed for convenience and can be reused after proper cleaning, or disposed of responsibly.

• Cleaning: Hand wash only. Use mild soap and water to clean the cups, lids, and straws. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could scratch the plastic.
• Drying: Allow all components to air dry completely before stacking or storing to prevent moisture buildup.
• Storage: Store cups, lids, and straws in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Reusability: While disposable, the durable PET material allows for multiple uses if carefully hand washed.
• Recycling: The cups are made from recyclable PET material. Please check local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.

Troubleshooting

• Lid Not Sealing Properly:

Ensure the rim of the cup and the lid are clean and free from any debris or liquid. Align the lid carefully and press down firmly around the entire circumference until it clicks securely into place. A proper seal is crucial for preventing leaks.

• Straw Difficulty:

If the straw is difficult to insert, ensure it is aligned with the lid's opening. The straws are designed to be wide for thicker beverages; if using a very thin liquid, ensure the straw is fully inserted to prevent it from falling out.

• Condensation:

Clear plastic cups may show condensation with cold drinks. This is normal and does not affect the cup's integrity or performance.
