Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your Nitecore TINI 3. Lift the rubber flap covering the USB-C port on the side of the flashlight. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. The OLED display will show the charging progress and battery percentage. Charging typically takes about 1.5 hours for a full charge.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press the Power Button (labeled with a power symbol).
- To turn off: Press the Power Button again.
Changing Brightness Levels
- With the light on, press the Mode Button (labeled with three horizontal lines) to cycle through the brightness levels: Ultralow (1 Lumen), Low (15 Lumens), Mid (65 Lumens), High (200 Lumens).
- To access Turbo (600 Lumens): Press and hold the Mode Button. Release to return to the previous mode.
- To access Ultralow directly: With the light off, press and hold the Power Button.
Changing Color Temperature
- With the light on, press and hold both the Power Button and the Mode Button simultaneously. The light will cycle through Cool White, Neutral White, and Warm light. Release the buttons when your desired color temperature is displayed.
Checking Battery Status
- With the light off, briefly press the Mode Button. The OLED display will show the current battery percentage.
Lockout Modes
- To activate Lockout Mode 1 (Semi Lockout): With the light off, press and hold both the Power Button and Mode Button simultaneously for 1 second. The display will show a lock icon with '1'. In this mode, only the Turbo level can be accessed by pressing and holding the Mode Button.
- To activate Lockout Mode 2 (Full Lockout): With the light off, press and hold both the Power Button and Mode Button simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display will show a lock icon with '2'. In this mode, all functions are locked.
- To unlock: From either lockout mode, press and hold both the Power Button and Mode Button simultaneously until the display shows the unlock prompt.
