Choosing a Mounting Location
The MOKPR Wireless Car Charger offers three installation options: dashboard, windshield, or air vent. Select the option that best suits your vehicle and viewing preference.

General Installation Steps
- Attach the desired mount (air vent clip or suction cup) to the back of the wireless car charger unit.
- Securely fasten the chosen mount to your vehicle's air vent, dashboard, or windshield. Ensure it is stable.
- Connect the USB cable to the charger unit and a compatible car charger adapter (not included).

Operating Instructions
Placing Your Phone
- Ensure the car charger is powered on. The arms and foot will automatically open.
- Gently place your smartphone into the mount. The arms and foot will automatically clamp securely around your phone.
- The device will begin wireless charging automatically.

Removing Your Phone
To remove your phone, press the release button located on the side of the charger. The arms will open, allowing you to safely retrieve your device.
Compatibility
This wireless car charger mount is compatible with all wireless charging phones. It supports various fast charging standards:
- 15W Wireless Fast Charging: For LG V50/V40/V30/G8/G7.

Maintenance
- Keep the charger clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the charging surface is free from dust and debris for efficient wireless charging.
- Periodically check the suction cup for a secure seal if using the dashboard/windshield mount.
Troubleshooting
Device Not Charging
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger unit and a working car charger adapter.
- Verify that your car's power outlet is functioning.
- Check if your phone supports wireless charging.
- Remove any metal objects, magnetic attachments, or overly thick cases (over 4mm) from your phone.
- Reposition your phone on the charging pad to ensure proper alignment with the charging coil.
Phone Not Clamping
- Ensure the charger is powered on. The arms should automatically open when power is detected.
- If the arms do not open, check the power connection.
- If the arms do not clamp, ensure the phone is properly placed within the sensor area.
Mount Instability
- For suction cup mounts: Ensure the mounting surface is clean and smooth. Re-apply the suction cup, pressing firmly and engaging the lock.
- For air vent clips: Ensure the clip is securely fastened to the vent louver and the knob is tightened.
