4. Product Overview

The EGLO Simeri lamp features a minimalist design with a durable metal construction. The top of the lamp houses the solar panel and a discreet touch sensor for control. The base provides stability for freestanding placement.

5. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Charge: For optimal performance, fully charge the lamp before first use. Place the lamp in direct sunlight for several hours, or connect it to a USB power source using the provided USB-C cable.
3. Placement: Position the lamp on a stable surface. For solar charging, ensure the top solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight.

6. Charging

The EGLO Simeri lamp offers two charging methods:

• Solar Charging: Place the lamp with its solar panel facing direct sunlight. The integrated solar panel will automatically charge the internal battery during the day.
• USB-C Charging: For faster charging or when sunlight is insufficient, connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the side of the lampshade and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).

A full charge provides approximately 10 hours of wireless lighting.

The lamp is controlled via a touch sensor located on the side of the lampshade.

• Power On/Off: Briefly touch the sensor to turn the lamp on or off.
• Dimming: When the lamp is on, press and hold the touch sensor to adjust the brightness. Release when the desired brightness is reached.
• Color Temperature Adjustment: With the lamp on, quickly tap the touch sensor multiple times to cycle through the three available color temperatures:
  • 1st tap: 3000K (Warm White)
  • 2nd tap: 4000K (Neutral White)
  • 3rd tap: 6000K (Cool White)
