Setup

1. Charging the Mouse

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the trackball mouse. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the mouse and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

• The LED indicator will show charging status.
• A full charge can last up to 120 days, depending on usage.

2. Connecting the Mouse

The PORLEI trackball mouse supports three connection modes: 2.4G Wireless (via USB receiver) and two Bluetooth channels (BT1, BT2).

2.1. 2.4G Wireless Connection (USB Receiver)

1. Locate the USB receiver, typically stored in a slot on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
4. Press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse until the indicator light for 2.4G mode is active. The mouse should automatically connect.

2.2. Bluetooth Connection (BT1 / BT2)

1. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
2. Press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse to select either BT1 or BT2 channel. The corresponding indicator light will blink slowly.
3. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the mode switch button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly.
4. On your device (PC, Laptop, Mac, iPad, Android), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
5. Select "PORLEI Trackball Mouse" (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
6. Once paired, the indicator light will stop blinking and remain solid for a few seconds before turning off.

The PORLEI trackball mouse offers true wireless freedom with triple-device switching, allowing seamless connection to up to three devices (computers, laptops, tablets) via Bluetooth or the included USB receiver.

1. Button Functions

• Left Mouse Button: Standard left-click function.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Trackball

Over time, dust and debris can accumulate around the trackball, affecting its smooth operation. Regular cleaning is recommended.

1. Turn off the mouse.
2. Gently push the trackball from the bottom opening to remove it from its socket.
3. Use a soft, lint-free cloth (slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaner if necessary) to wipe the trackball clean.
4. Clean the inside of the trackball socket, paying attention to the three small support points/sensors. Use a cotton swab or compressed air to remove any debris.
5. Once both the trackball and socket are clean and dry, reinsert the trackball into its socket until it clicks into place.

The 44mm oversized trackball is easily removable, allowing for effortless cleaning to maintain smooth and precise tracking performance.
