Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator.
- Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area.
- Do not spray flammable materials near open flames or ignition sources.
- Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or performing maintenance.
- Refer to paint manufacturer's instructions for specific safety guidelines regarding the paint being used.
Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the "What You Will Get" section are present.
- Assembly:
- Connect the flexible air hose to both the main power unit and the spray gun. Ensure connections are secure.
- Select the appropriate nozzle (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, or 3mm) based on the paint viscosity and desired spray pattern. Attach it securely to the spray gun.
- Attach the 1300ml capacity container to the spray gun.
- Paint Preparation:
- Before filling, ensure your paint is properly mixed and free of lumps.
- Use the included viscosity cup to check the paint's viscosity. If too thick, thin the paint according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations. The sprayer supports a maximum viscosity of 120 DIN-s.
- Fill the 1300ml container with the prepared paint. The innovative side-adding design allows for easy refilling without removing the container.

Operating Instructions
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The 3-meter power cord provides ample working radius.
- Adjusting Spray Pattern: The sprayer offers three spray patterns: horizontal elliptical, vertical elliptical, and circular. Rotate the air cap to select the desired pattern.
Figure 3: Illustration of the three adjustable spray patterns and the four available nozzle sizes (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm).
- Adjusting Paint Flow: Use the paint flow control knob on the spray gun to regulate the amount of paint being sprayed. Start with a lower setting and adjust as needed.
- Test Spray: Before spraying your actual project, perform a test spray on a piece of scrap material to ensure the desired pattern and flow are achieved.
- Spraying Technique:
- Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance (typically 6-10 inches).
- Move the spray gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by about 50%.
- Release the trigger at the end of each stroke to avoid paint buildup.
Figure 4: The sprayer's design, including a 2.5-meter air hose, allows for comfortable use on high surfaces and floors, providing excellent performance.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning after each use is crucial to prevent clogging and ensure the longevity of your paint sprayer.
- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the sprayer from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Empty Container: Empty any remaining paint from the container.
- Initial Rinse:
- For water-based paints: Fill the container with clean water and spray it through the gun until the water runs clear.
- For oil-based paints: Fill the container with an appropriate paint thinner (do not use water) and spray it through the gun. Repeat with thinner until clean, then rinse with water to remove residual thinner.
- Disassemble and Clean Components:
- Disassemble the spray gun components: nozzle, air cap, and paint container.
- Thoroughly clean all disassembled parts using warm soapy water for water-based paints, or appropriate thinner for oil-based paints. Use the included cleaning needle and brush to remove any paint residue from nozzles and internal passages.
- Pay special attention to the nozzle and air cap to ensure they are free of clogs.
- Wipe down the exterior of the spray gun and power unit with a damp cloth.
- Drying and Storage: Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling and storing the sprayer in a clean, dry place.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No spray or weak spray | Clogged nozzle; Paint too thick; Air hose kinked; Container empty. | Clean nozzle; Thin paint; Straighten hose; Refill container. |
| Uneven spray pattern | Partially clogged nozzle; Incorrect air cap adjustment; Inconsistent spraying distance. | Clean nozzle thoroughly; Adjust air cap; Maintain consistent distance. |
| Paint dripping | Nozzle loose; Paint flow too high; Worn seals. | Tighten nozzle; Reduce paint flow; Check and replace seals if necessary. |
| Motor not starting | No power; Faulty switch. | Check power connection; Contact customer support if switch is faulty. |
