4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your KU XIU K2 power bank. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a 20W or higher power adapter (not included). The indicator lights on the power bank will show the charging progress.

4.2 Preparing for Use

Ensure your devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods) are compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe for optimal magnetic attachment.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging an iPhone (Magnetic Wireless Charging)

Align your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 16-12 series) with the magnetic charging area on the power bank. The magnets will snap into place, and charging will begin automatically. The power bank supports 15W wireless charging for fast power delivery.

5.2 Charging an Apple Watch

To charge your Apple Watch, rotate the watch charging area out from the main body of the power bank. Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated charging puck. Press the power button once on the power bank to initiate charging for the Apple Watch. The watch charging area supports Apple Watch Ultra 2/Ultra/S10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/SE.

5.3 Charging AirPods

The watch charging area also supports AirPods 4 noise-canceling version. Additionally, the phone charging area works with AirPods Pro/Pro 2/3. Place your AirPods case on the appropriate charging area. For the watch/AirPods charging area, remember to press the power button once to activate charging.

5.4 Using as a Charging Stand

The power bank features an adjustable kickstand. Extend the stand to prop up your iPhone for hands-free viewing while it charges. This is ideal for video calls or media consumption.

Important Note: The device does not support simultaneous charging of all three devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods) at the same time. It can charge two devices concurrently (e.g., iPhone + Apple Watch, or iPhone + AirPods).

6. Maintenance

• Keep the device dry. Do not expose it to moisture or extreme temperatures.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Device Not Charging / Slow Charging

• Ensure the power bank itself is sufficiently charged.
• Verify that your power adapter is 20W or higher for optimal charging speed.
• Check the USB-C cable for any damage and ensure it is securely connected.
• For Apple Watch/AirPods charging, remember to press the power button once to activate the charging area.
• Ensure proper alignment of your iPhone on the magnetic charging pad.
• Remove any thick phone cases that might interfere with wireless charging.

7.2 Device Getting Hot During Use

It is normal for charging devices to generate some heat. However, if the device becomes excessively hot to the touch, discontinue use immediately and allow it to cool down. Ensure adequate ventilation around the charger and connected devices. Avoid charging in direct sunlight or enclosed spaces. If overheating persists, contact customer support.

7.3 Not Charging All Three Devices Simultaneously

As stated in the features, this charger supports charging two devices concurrently (e.g., iPhone + Apple Watch, or iPhone + AirPods), but not all three at the exact same time.

7.4 Inaccurate Battery Gauge

The battery indicator provides an approximate charge level. For precise battery status, it is recommended to fully charge and discharge the power bank periodically to recalibrate the gauge.
