1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Coleshome Gaming Desk. This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new desk. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper setup and safe operation. Keep this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Assembly is required. This desk may be heavy and bulky. Please read the instructions carefully and take necessary precautions during assembly and use.

• Always assemble the desk on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as needed.
• Do not overload the desk or shelves. Refer to the specifications for weight limits.
• Keep electrical components (LEDs, power outlet) away from liquids.
• Use only the provided power adapter for the LED lights and integrated power outlet.
• Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children to prevent choking hazards.
• If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer support immediately.

3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. While assembly instructions are included, please note that not all assembly tools are provided in the package.

4. Assembly Instructions

It is recommended that two people assemble this desk. Clear a spacious area and lay out all components. Refer to the included assembly diagram for specific part identification and step-by-step visuals. Tools such as a screwdriver and wrench may be required and are not included.

4.1. Frame Assembly

1. Begin by assembling the main metal frame structure. Connect the vertical and horizontal support bars using the provided screws and an Allen key. Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are aligned.
2. Attach the adjustable feet to the bottom of the desk legs.

4.2. Desktop and Shelf Installation

1. Place the main desktop panel onto the assembled frame, securing it with screws from underneath.
2. Install the upper shelf supports and then attach the upper shelf panels. Ensure they are level and secure.
3. Assemble the side shelf unit, including the adjustable cabinet section. This section allows for height adjustment to accommodate various items like PC towers or decorative figurines.

4.3. Drawer and Accessory Installation

1. Insert the three fabric drawers into their designated slots on the side shelf unit.
2. Attach the headphone hook to the desired location on the desk frame.
3. Place the monitor stand on the main desktop.

4.4. Electrical Component Setup

1. Mount the integrated power outlet unit to the underside of the upper shelf or desktop as indicated in the assembly diagram.
2. Attach the LED light strip to the designated area, typically along the back edge of the desktop or under the upper shelf. Connect the LED strip to its controller and then to the power outlet unit.
3. Once all components are assembled, fully tighten all screws.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Integrated Power Outlet

The desk features an integrated power outlet unit with 2 AC outlets and 2 USB ports. Connect the desk's main power cable to a wall outlet (110-240V). You can then plug in your devices directly to the desk for convenient power access.

5.2. LED Lighting

The LED light strip is controlled by an inline controller. This controller allows you to:

• Turn the lights On/Off.
• Change LED colors.
• Select different lighting modes (e.g., static, flashing, fading).
• Adjust brightness intensity.

5.3. Monitor Stand

The included monitor stand elevates your screen to an ergonomic height, promoting better posture and reducing neck strain during long sessions. It also provides additional storage space underneath for keyboards or other peripherals.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the desk surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
• Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
• Electrical Components: Ensure the power cable and LED connections are secure and free from damage. Do not attempt to repair electrical components yourself.
• Fabric Drawers: The fabric drawers can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely.
