Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Neareal Cat Water Fountain:

  1. Prepare the Filter: Soak the activated carbon filter in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse it thoroughly for 30 seconds under running water.
  2. Assemble the Pump: Place the filter sponge around the water pump. Insert the assembled pump into the pump holder.
  3. Install the Filter: Place the activated carbon filter into the filter case.
  4. Position Components: Place the pump assembly and filter case into the designated slots in the stainless steel water tank.
  5. Add Water: Fill the stainless steel water tank with water. Ensure the water level is above the minimum line and below the maximum line.
  6. Attach Top Cover: Place the stainless steel top cover onto the water tank, ensuring it is securely seated. Insert the metal faucet pipe into the opening on the top cover.
  7. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the fountain's power cord and then plug it into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Cleaning the Fountain

  • Disassembly: Unplug the fountain and disassemble all components.
  • Stainless Steel Parts: The stainless steel water tank and top cover are dishwasher safe. Note: Do not place plastic parts in the dishwasher.
