5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely.
  • Interior Care: The interior can be gently wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals as these may damage the case material.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Zipper Stiffness: If the zipper feels stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or a graphite pencil lead along the teeth. Operate the zipper back and forth several times to distribute the lubricant.
  • Minor Scratches/Scuffs: For minor surface marks on the hard shell, a gentle rub with a soft cloth may help reduce their visibility.
  • Case Not Closing Properly: Ensure no items are obstructing the zipper path or overfilling the case. Rearrange contents to allow for smooth closure.
