Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the included USB cable to the charging/data transfer port (10) on the device and plug the other end into a USB power adapter or computer USB port. The charging indicator (11) will show the charging status.
2. Inserting the Memory Card
The device comes with a 64GB MicroSDHC card. Locate the TF card slot (7) on the side of the camera. Gently insert the MicroSDHC card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place. To remove, push the card in again until it springs out.
3. Attaching the Headband
Attach the camera to the adjustable headband using the back clamp (4). Ensure the camera is securely fastened and adjust the headband for a comfortable and stable fit on your head.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the Switch/Photo button (6) for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes. To power off, press and hold the same button again until the device shuts down.

2. Using the LED Headlamp
Press the LED Switch/Induction Key (5) once to turn on the LED light. Press it again to turn the LED light off. The device may also feature a wave-sensing function for the LED light, allowing hands-free control by waving your hand in front of the infrared sensor.

3. Recording Video
After powering on, press the Switch/Photo button (6) briefly to start video recording. The charging/video indicator (11) will change to indicate that recording is in progress. Press the button again to stop recording. The camera supports 1080P HD video resolution and features loop recording.

4. Transferring Data to a Computer
