  • Seat Height Adjustment: Pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards to raise the seat. To lower, remain seated and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever to lock the height.
  • Adjustable Headrest: The headrest can be adjusted vertically by sliding it up or down. It also features a pivot adjustment to change the angle for neck support.
  • 4D Armrests: The armrests can be adjusted in four dimensions: height (up/down), depth (forward/backward), width (in/out), and pivot (rotate left/right). Use the buttons or levers on the armrests to make these adjustments.
  • Adjustable Lumbar Support: The lumbar support can be moved vertically to align with the natural curve of your lower back. Some models also allow for depth adjustment.
  • Seat Slide (Depth Adjustment): Use the knob on the left side of the seat to slide the seat pan forward or backward, adjusting the seat depth to fit your leg length. Push the knob in to lock the seat in place after adjustment.
  • Tilt Lock: The chair features a 4-position tilt lock. Pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards to unlock the tilt function, allowing the backrest to recline. Push the lever inwards to lock the backrest at your desired angle.
  • Tilt Tension Knob: Rotate the round knob located under the seat (usually at the front) to adjust the tension of the recline mechanism. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your chair.

  • Cleaning Mesh and Fabric: Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water to clean mesh and fabric surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Cleaning Base and Casters: Wipe the aluminum alloy base and casters with a damp cloth. Periodically remove any hair or debris from the caster wheels to ensure smooth movement.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading of materials.
