4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. The headphones offer up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case providing an additional 40 hours, totaling up to 50 hours of battery life. A quick 5-minute charge can provide 1 hour of playtime.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

The EUQQ Ultra Open-Ear Headphones utilize advanced Bluetooth 5.4 technology for faster pairing, lower latency, and a stronger signal. This ensures seamless connectivity across all your devices.

1. Ensure the headphones are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Select "EUQQ EQ20i" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.

The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wearing the Headphones

To ensure optimal sound and comfort, position the headphones correctly:

1. Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds.
2. Gently hook the earbud over your ear, ensuring the speaker portion is positioned near your ear canal without entering it.
3. Adjust the ear hook for a snug and comfortable fit that stays secure during movement.

5.2 Basic Functions

• Power On/Off: Headphones power on automatically when removed from the case and power off when placed back in the case.
• Play/Pause: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
• Next Track: Double-tap the touch control area on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the touch control area on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple-tap the touch control area on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple-tap the touch control area on the left earbud.

5.3 Call Management

The headphones are equipped with enhanced noise-cancelling microphones for crystal-clear voice pickup, ensuring smooth communication even in noisy environments.

• Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds.
