Setup
1. Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your Headphone (1).
- Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the charging port on the headphone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 80 hours of playback (ANC off) or 35 hours (ANC on). A 5-minute quick charge provides up to 5 hours of listening time.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
Pair your Headphone (1) with your device via Bluetooth.
- Ensure the headphones are powered on.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
- Select "Nothing Headphone (1)" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the indicator light on the headphones will confirm successful pairing.
3. Nothing X App Installation
For full customization and advanced features, download the Nothing X app.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode
The Headphone (1) offers hybrid ANC for superior noise reduction and a Transparency mode to stay aware of your surroundings.
- Activating/Deactivating: Use the Roller control (hold) or the Nothing X app to toggle between ANC, Transparency, and normal modes.
- Adaptive ANC: The smart adaptive mode automatically adjusts noise cancellation levels based on your environment.
- Personalized ANC: Customize ANC levels (High/Mid/Low/Adaptive) through the Nothing X app for an optimized experience.

Dual Connection
The Headphone (1) supports dual connection, allowing seamless switching between two Bluetooth devices.
- Pair the headphones with both desired devices.
- The headphones will intelligently switch audio sources based on active playback or incoming calls.
Making Calls
The Headphone (1) is equipped with 6 microphones and AI-powered Clear Voice Technology for clear calls.
- When a call comes in, press the Roller to answer.
- Press the Roller again to end the call.
- The technology isolates your voice and suppresses surrounding noise for optimal call clarity.
Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your Headphone (1).
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headphones. For ear cushions, gently wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in the provided carrying case to protect them from dust and scratches.
- Water Resistance: The headphones are IP52 dust and water resistance rated. This means they are protected from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to heavy rain.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Headphone (1), refer to the following common solutions.
No Power / Not Charging
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the headphones and the power source.
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
- Check if the power outlet is functional.
Cannot Pair via Bluetooth
- Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (refer to "Bluetooth Pairing" in Setup).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Move the headphones closer to your device.
- Forget "Nothing Headphone (1)" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

App Connectivity Issues

- Close and reopen the Nothing X app.

- Reinstall the Nothing X app if issues persist.
