1. Safety Information

3. Assembly Instructions

The VINGLI Office Chair is designed for straightforward assembly. Please follow the detailed instructions provided in your product packaging. A general overview of the assembly process is as follows:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Ensure all hardware is present.
2. Attach Casters/Feet to Base: Insert the 5 silent 360° casters or the 5 anti-slip foot pegs into the holes on the chair base, depending on your preferred mode of use.
3. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base.
4. Assemble Seat and Backrest: Secure the seat cushion to the backrest using the provided screws and tools.
5. Attach Armrests (Optional): If desired, attach the removable armrests to the seat assembly using the designated screws.
6. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder.
7. Final Check: Ensure all screws are tightened and the chair is stable before use.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever under the seat on the right side. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up slightly and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at your desired height.

4.2. Reclining Function

The chair features a 105-120° tilt mechanism. To enable rocking, pull the same lever (used for height adjustment) outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The rocking tension can be adjusted by turning the round knob located under the seat at the front.

4.3. Dual Base Functionality (Wheels/Feet)

This chair offers a dual-base design, allowing you to switch between mobile (wheeled) and stationary (feet) modes. The chair comes with 5 silent 360° casters and 5 anti-slip foot pegs. To switch modes, carefully remove the installed casters/feet and insert the alternative option into the base. Ensure they are securely fitted before use.

4.4. Removable Armrests

The armrests are removable, providing flexibility for your seating preference. If you wish to use the chair without armrests, simply detach them during assembly or by unscrewing them from the chair frame.

4.5. 360° Swivel Function

5.3. Caster/Foot Peg Maintenance

Periodically inspect the casters (wheels) for accumulated debris such as hair, dust, or threads. Clean them as needed to ensure smooth and silent movement. If using the anti-slip foot pegs, ensure they are free from dirt or grit that could scratch floor surfaces.

5.4. Hardware Inspection

Every few months, check all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they are securely tightened. Re-tighten any loose hardware to maintain the chair's stability and prevent creaking sounds during use.

5.5. Cushion Care
