3. Setup
3.1. Attaching Silicone Tips
- Identify the desired application: ear therapy or nasal therapy.
- For ear therapy, select the appropriate size (S, M, L) of soft silicone ear canal tips and gently attach them to the irradiation heads.
- For nasal therapy, attach the reusable nasal silicone plugs to the irradiation heads.
- Ensure the tips are securely fastened before use.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button located on the neckband for 3 seconds. The red lights will illuminate.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.
4.2. Adjusting Modes
- After powering on, short press the '+' or '-' buttons to cycle through the three available modes: slow flash, fast flash, and continuous light.
- Press the 'O' button to pause the current mode.
4.3. Usage Recommendations
- The device has a built-in 30-minute automatic shut-off timer. After 30 minutes, the device will power off automatically.
- It is recommended to use the device twice daily for optimal support in your wellness routine.
- Wear the device comfortably around your neck, ensuring the red light emitters are correctly positioned in your ears or nasal passages.

5. Maintenance and Care
5.1. Cleaning the Silicone Tips
- After each use, gently remove the silicone ear canal tips or nasal plugs from the irradiation heads.
- Rinse the silicone tips with clean water and allow them to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials for cleaning.
5.2. Charging the Device
- The device is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.
- Connect the included USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the neckband.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank).
