Operating Instructions
Control Panel
Each zone has an independent digital control panel located at the top of the interior. These panels allow you to adjust temperature settings and control the interior lighting.
Temperature Zones
This unit features true dual-zone cooling. The left zone (wine side) can be set between 40–66°F (5–18°C). The right zone (beverage side) can be set between 37–66°F (3–18°C). Use the up and down arrows on each control panel to adjust the desired temperature for each zone. Allow several hours for the unit to reach the set temperature after initial setup or temperature changes.

Loading the Refrigerator
Arrange wine bottles and beverage cans on the shelves. The sapele wood shelves are designed to cradle wine bottles, while the glass shelves are ideal for cans and upright bottles. The included VinoRest accessory allows bottles to be laid on their sides without clinking. Ensure items do not block the internal fan or vents to maintain proper airflow.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Exterior: Clean the exterior with a mild detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Interior: Unplug the unit before cleaning. Wash the interior surfaces with a solution of warm water and baking soda (2 tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart of water). Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.
- Door Seals: Clean door gaskets regularly to ensure a proper seal.
Defrosting
This appliance features an automatic defrost system. Frost will melt and drain into a collection tray at the back of the unit, where it evaporates. Manual defrosting is generally not required.
Power Outage
Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of your appliance if you minimize the number of times the doors are opened. For longer power outages, consider placing dry ice in the unit.
Vacation/Storage
For extended periods of non-use, unplug the unit, empty its contents, clean the interior, and leave the doors slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.
