1. Setup
1.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the vibrator and remote control for any visible damage. If any damage is found, do not use the product and contact customer support.
1.2 Charging the Main Unit
The main vibrator unit is rechargeable via magnetic USB. Locate the magnetic charging points on the base of the vibrator. Connect the provided USB charging cable to these points and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The indicator light will show charging status (specific light behavior may vary by production batch, refer to packaging if available). Ensure the unit is fully charged before first use.

1.3 Installing Remote Control Battery
The remote control requires one (1) AAA battery. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Insert one new AAA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment securely.
1.4 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the vibrator thoroughly. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for detailed cleaning instructions.
2. Operation
2.1 Powering On/Off
To power on the vibrator, press and hold the ON/OFF button located on the remote control. The vibrator will start vibrating. To power off, press and hold the ON/OFF button again.

2.2 Adjusting Vibration Intensity/Patterns
Once powered on, press the 'Vibration Button' (often indicated by a wave or similar symbol) on the remote control to cycle through different vibration intensities and patterns. Continue pressing until you find your preferred setting.
2.3 Using the Suction Cup Base
The vibrator features a strong suction cup base. To attach it to a smooth, flat, and clean surface, press the base firmly against the surface until it creates a vacuum seal. This allows for hands-free use. To remove, gently lift the edge of the suction cup to break the seal.

2.4 Water Resistance
The Pretty Love Tommy vibrator is waterproof. It can be used in the shower or bath. However, avoid submerging the remote control unless explicitly stated as waterproof in its separate instructions. Always ensure the charging port area is dry before charging.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
Clean the vibrator thoroughly before and after each use. Use warm water and a mild, toy-safe soap or a specialized toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or petroleum-based lubricants, as these can damage the silicone material.
3.2 Drying
Pat the vibrator dry with a lint-free cloth or allow it to air dry completely before storage.
3.3 Storage
Store the vibrator in a clean, dry, and dust-free place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it separate from other toys made of different materials to prevent material degradation or reactions.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Vibrator Not Turning On
- Check Battery: Ensure the main unit is fully charged.
- Remote Battery: Verify the AAA battery in the remote control is correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Connection: Ensure the remote control is within range and properly paired (if applicable, though this model typically pairs automatically).
4.2 Weak or Inconsistent Vibration
- Recharge: The main unit's battery may be low. Recharge fully.
- Remote Battery: Replace the AAA battery in the remote control.
4.3 Charging Issues
- Cable Connection: Ensure the magnetic charging cable is securely connected to both the vibrator and the USB power source.
- Power Source: Try a different USB port or power adapter.
- Clean Contacts: Ensure the magnetic charging contacts on the vibrator are clean and free of debris.
