1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your VINGLI 31.5" Washed White Nightstand with Charging Station. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use to ensure proper function and longevity of the product.
2. Safety Information
- Always assemble the nightstand on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and retighten as necessary.
- Do not overload drawers. Each drawer has a maximum weight capacity of 11 lbs (5 kg). The tabletop can support up to 110 lbs (50 kg).
- Use the included anti-tipping bracket to secure the nightstand to a wall, especially if children are present, to prevent accidental tipping.
- Keep liquids away from the charging station to prevent electrical hazards.
- The random appearance of knots on the wood surface is a natural characteristic and not a defect.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow the step-by-step diagrams provided in the separate assembly sheet included in your hardware bag. General steps include:
- Prepare Components: Lay out all wooden panels and hardware. Identify each part using the labels in the assembly sheet.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the side panels, back panel, and top panel using the provided screws and dowels. Ensure all connections are snug.
- Attach Legs: Secure the four solid wood legs to the base of the nightstand.
- Install Drawer Slides: Attach the metal silent drawer slides to the interior of the nightstand frame and to the sides of the drawer boxes. Ensure they are aligned for smooth operation.
- Assemble Drawers: Construct the three drawers, attaching the intricately carved floral pattern fronts. Install the round drawer knobs.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the nightstand frame.
- Install Charging Station: Place the charging station into the designated cutout on the top surface of the nightstand. Connect the power cord.
- Secure Anti-Tipping Bracket: Attach the iron anti-tipping bracket to the back of the nightstand and to a wall stud using appropriate wall anchors (not included).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Charging Station
The integrated charging station features 2 USB ports (5V/2A) and 2 AC outlets (125V/12A) with a 4.9-foot power cord. To use:
- Plug the nightstand's power cord into a standard wall outlet.
- Connect your electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) to the USB ports or AC outlets as needed.

5.2. Drawer Usage
The nightstand features three drawers equipped with three-section soft-close metal slides. These slides allow for smooth and quiet opening and closing, preventing drawers from slamming shut. To open, gently pull the drawer knob. To close, push the drawer until the soft-close mechanism engages.

6. Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your VINGLI nightstand:
- Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the fir wood veneer and painted finish.
- Spills: Immediately wipe up any spills to prevent staining or damage to the wood.
- Sunlight: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading or discoloration of the wood finish.
- Humidity: Maintain a stable humidity level in the room to prevent wood from warping or cracking.
7. Troubleshooting
- Drawers not closing smoothly: Check if the metal drawer slides are properly aligned and free of obstructions. Ensure all screws securing the slides are tightened.
- Charging station not working: Verify that the nightstand's power cord is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet. Check the connections of your devices to the USB ports or AC outlets.
- Wobbling: Ensure all assembly screws, especially those connecting the legs and frame, are fully tightened. Confirm the nightstand is placed on a level surface.
- Wood knots visible: The fir wood veneer surface naturally exhibits knots. These are inherent characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects.
