1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury. Read all instructions carefully.

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
2. Check that all components are present and undamaged.
3. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.

4.2 Cleaning Before First Use

1. Wash the frying basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
2. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

4.3 Placement

1. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space around the back and sides of the appliance, and above it, for proper ventilation.
3. Do not place the air fryer directly against a wall or under cabinets during operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On and Off

1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The display will illuminate briefly.
2. Press the Power button (O/I) on the touchscreen to turn the appliance on.
3. To turn off, press and hold the Power button until the display turns off.

5.2 Preparing for Cooking

1. Place the crisper plate inside the frying basket.
2. Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket beyond the MAX indication.
3. Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.

5.3 Using the LED Touchscreen

The LED touchscreen allows you to select pre-set programs or manually adjust cooking settings.

5.4 Cooking Programs and Functions

The air fryer features 8 pre-set cooking programs and additional functions for versatile cooking:

• Pre-set Programs: Select from icons representing common foods like fries, chicken, fish, steak, cake, etc. Each program has a default time and temperature, which can be adjusted.
• Temperature Adjustment: Use the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking temperature (e.g., 80°C - 200°C).
• Time Adjustment: Use the timer control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking time (e.g., 1 - 60 minutes).
• Preheat Function: Allows the air fryer to reach the desired temperature before adding food.
• Reheat Function: For warming up previously cooked food.
• Defrost Function: For thawing frozen ingredients.
• Shake Reminder: For certain programs or longer cooking times, the air fryer will beep to remind you to shake the basket for even cooking.
• Automatic Shut-off: The appliance will automatically turn off when the cooking time is complete or if the basket is removed during operation.

5.5 Starting and Pausing Cooking

1. After selecting a program or setting manual time/temperature, press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
2. To pause cooking, press the Start/Pause button again. The fan will continue to run for a few seconds to cool down.
3. To resume, press the Start/Pause button.
4. You can also pause cooking by pulling out the frying basket. The air fryer will automatically resume when the basket is reinserted.

5.6 Finishing Cooking

1. When the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
2. Carefully pull out the frying basket using the handle.
3. Empty the cooked food onto a plate. Use tongs or a spatula to remove food, avoiding direct contact with the hot basket.
4. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

6.1 Cleaning the Frying Basket and Crisper Plate

1. After each use, unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely.
2. Remove the frying basket and crisper plate.
3. Wash them in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
4. Alternatively, the frying basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe.
5. Ensure they are thoroughly dry before storing or reusing.

6.2 Cleaning the Main Unit

1. Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
2. Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a soft brush to remove food residue from the heating element.
3. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
