3. Setup
The FUNMILY Walking Pad Treadmill is designed for installation-free use. Simply remove it from the packaging and place it in your desired location.
3.1 Placement
- Choose a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure the power cord can reach a grounded outlet without being stretched.
- For under-desk use, position the treadmill directly beneath your standing desk.

3.2 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the treadmill's power input.
- Plug the power cord into a standard grounded electrical outlet.
- Flip the main power switch (usually located near the power cord input) to the 'ON' position.
3.3 Remote Control Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close the battery compartment securely.
4. Operating Instructions
The FUNMILY Walking Pad Treadmill offers two primary modes: Walking Mode and Running Mode, along with an adjustable incline feature.

4.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, ensure the main power switch is ON, then press the power button on the remote control.
- To power off, press the power button on the remote control. For complete power disconnection, turn off the main power switch.
4.2 Modes and Speed Adjustment
The treadmill has two modes with adjustable speed ranges:
- Walking Mode: Speed range 0.3-2.4 MPH. Ideal for under-desk office use or light walking.
- Running Mode: Speed range 2.4-3.9 MPH. Suitable for jogging or running.
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control to adjust the speed. The mode will automatically adjust based on the selected speed.

4.3 Manual Incline Adjustment
This treadmill features a manual incline. You can adjust the incline level to increase the intensity of your workout.
- To adjust the incline, ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged.
- Locate the incline adjustment mechanism at the rear of the treadmill.
- Manually lift or lower the rear of the treadmill to select your desired incline level. Ensure it is securely locked in place before use.

4.4 LED Display
The integrated LED display tracks your workout data in real-time.
- Speed: Current speed in Miles Per Hour (MPH).
- Distance: Total distance covered during the current session.
- Time: Duration of the current workout.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned.

4.5 Remote Control Functions
The included remote control allows for convenient operation of the treadmill.
- Power Button: Turns the treadmill on/off.
- '+' Button: Increases speed.
- '-' Button: Decreases speed.
- Mode Button (if applicable): Switches between preset programs or modes.
- Emergency Stop Button: Immediately stops the treadmill.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your FUNMILY Walking Pad Treadmill.
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
- Wipe down the display and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to remove dust and debris.
5.2 Belt Lubrication
The walking belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Use the provided silicone oil.
- Unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the rear roller bolts slightly to allow access under the belt.
- Apply a small amount of silicone oil evenly under the center of the walking belt.
- Tighten the rear roller bolts.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
5.3 Storage
The compact design and built-in transport wheels make storage easy.
- Ensure the treadmill is powered off and unplugged.
- Utilize the flexible wheels to easily move the treadmill.
- Store it under a sofa, under a bed, or against a wall in a dry, cool place.

6. Troubleshooting
