Setup Guide

1. Connecting the Keyboard

1. Locate the USB-C port on the AULA HERO 68 HE keyboard, typically on the top edge.
2. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer (PC or Laptop).
4. The keyboard will automatically power on and the RGB backlighting will illuminate, indicating a successful connection.

2. Driver Installation (Windows Only)

The AULA HERO 68 HE features a programmable web driver for advanced customization. No installation is required for basic functionality, but for full customization, follow these steps:

• Ensure your computer is connected to the internet.
• Access the official AULA web driver (refer to the user manual or manufacturer's website for the specific URL).
• Through the web driver, you can remap key functions, set macros and hotkeys, adjust lighting modes, create DIY lighting effects, and fine-tune the actuation point of the magnetic switches.
• Note: This web driver is compatible only with Windows operating systems and does not support macOS.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

• Keyboard Not Responding:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.

  • Verify that the keyboard's lighting is on. If not, press FN + INS to toggle it.

• Web Driver Issues (Windows Only):
  • Ensure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Try a different web browser.
  • Temporarily disable any VPN or firewall that might be blocking access to the web driver.
