1. Setup
1.1 Unboxing
Carefully unpack the printer from its wooden box. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Use appropriate tools for opening the crate to avoid injury or damage to the printer.

1.2 Included Accessories
Verify that the following accessories are included in your package:
- A pair of film roll holders (1 each on the left and right)
- Bearing (1 pc)
- Bracket fixing screws (4 pcs)
- Roll film position holders (2 pcs)
- Roll film fixing sleeves (2 pcs)
- Data cable (1 pc)
- Power cord (1 pc)
- Software package (1 unit, equipped with 1 encryption dog and 1 printing software USB drive each)
- Test board (1 pc)
- Ink extraction syringe and extension hose (1 each)
- Paper drag tray (1 pc)
- Paper towing tray foot wire (4 pcs)
1.3 Printer Assembly
- Remove all protective straps and packaging materials from the printer.
- Install the paper towing tray. Adjust its height to be flush with the suction platform.
- Install the film roll holders on both sides of the printer. Ensure the buckles face outward.
- Install the film roll onto the holders.
1.4 Power and Data Connection
Connect the printer to a power supply using the provided power cord. Connect the printer to your computer using the data cable.
1.5 Ink Filling
The printer cartridge capacity is 260ML. It is recommended to shake the ink evenly before use. Carefully fill each ink reservoir with the corresponding color ink. Ensure not to overfill.
1.6 Manual Inking
Before manual inking, turn off the printer power. Use the provided syringe to manually draw ink into the ink cartridges. After pumping one color, clean the syringe before pumping another color to avoid cross-contamination. Carefully insert the ink cartridge into the small car, ensuring no ink drips onto the printhead.
1.7 Software Installation
Turn off your computer's antivirus software before inserting the USB flash disk to prevent the printing software from being deleted. Insert the software installation USB flash disk into your computer. Copy the printing software package to your computer. Unzip the package and open the driver folder. Choose the 32-bit or 64-bit driver installation depending on your computer's system type. Double-click to open and start the installation. After driver installation is complete, install the printing software. Plug the dongle (encryption key) into the computer to open the printing software.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Starting the Printer
Press the power button to start the printer. The start button light will flash, indicating the printer is currently starting. Once the light remains on, the printing startup is completed. Open the suction system and adjust the suction force as needed.
2.2 Loading Printing Film
After completing the printhead cleaning, load the printing film. Ensure the printing film is properly stuck in the gear when loading.

2.3 Printing Software Settings
Open the material you wish to print in the printing software. Adjust print settings in the settings bar on the right. This includes paper size, output position, and scaling. Set the color order according to the actual situation of the printer. Color ink is usually set to 40%, and white ink is set to 100%. Check the ICC curve and select the corresponding ICC curve. You can start printing after the printing software setup is completed.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Daily Maintenance
Even if the printer is not in use, it is necessary to clean the printhead every day and observe whether the nozzle line is normal. It is recommended to print 1-3 pictures daily to avoid ink solidification at the printhead and potential damage.
3.2 Printhead Cleaning
Press the ink button lightly for 5 seconds to activate automatic printer printhead cleaning.
3.3 Cleaning the Waste Ink Bin
First, pull out the ink tube, then remove the waste ink bottle. Empty and clean the waste ink bottle regularly to prevent overflow.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Sihao B30 R1390-DTF printer, please refer to the following general troubleshooting steps:
- Printer Not Responding: Check all power and data cable connections. Ensure the printer is powered on and the computer recognizes it.
- Poor Print Quality: Perform a printhead cleaning cycle. Check ink levels and ensure ink is flowing correctly. Verify print settings in the software match your material and desired output.
- Software Issues: Ensure your antivirus software is temporarily disabled during software installation and dongle usage. Reinstall the printing software if problems persist.
- Ink Flow Problems: Check for any blockages in the ink tubes. Ensure the white ink circulation system is functioning correctly.
