Setup Instructions

1. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:

1. Mounting Handle: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided swivel screws.
2. Mounting Bracket: Attach any necessary mounting brackets for accessories.
3. Connecting Nozzle: Connect the desired quick-connect nozzle to the spray gun.
4. Install Water Outlet Pipe: Connect the high-pressure hose to the water outlet on the pressure washer.
5. Install Water Inlet Pipe: Connect the inlet hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer.
6. Rotary Switch: Ensure the rotary switch is in the "OFF" position before connecting power.

2. Water Connection

The FOTING pressure washer supports three methods for water intake:

• Faucet Self-Priming: Connect the inlet hose directly to a standard garden faucet.
• Bucket Self-Priming: Place the inlet hose with the filter into a bucket of clean water. Ensure the filter is fully submerged.
• Pool Self-Priming: Place the inlet hose with the filter into a pool or other large water reservoir. Ensure the filter is fully submerged.

Important: Always ensure a steady and adequate water supply to prevent damage to the pump. Before starting the unit, squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges.

3. Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet matches the rated voltage (120V/60Hz) of the pressure washer.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Pressure Washer

1. Ensure all connections (water and power) are secure.
2. Turn on the water supply.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release air from the system until water flows steadily.
4. Turn the rotary switch on the pressure washer to the "ON" position.
5. Engage the safety lock on the spray gun handle (if applicable) before squeezing the trigger for high-pressure spray.

2. Using Quick-Connect Nozzles

Select the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task. To change nozzles, pull back the collar on the spray gun wand, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place. Always ensure the nozzle is securely seated before operating.

• 0° (Red) Nozzle: Provides a concentrated, high-impact stream for stubborn stains and tough dirt on hard, non-delicate surfaces. Use with caution.
• 15° (Yellow) Nozzle: Offers a powerful, narrow spray for intensive cleaning of concrete, brick, and other durable surfaces.
• 25° (Green) Nozzle: Delivers a versatile, medium-angle spray suitable for general cleaning of fences, wood decks, and patio furniture.
• 40° (White) Nozzle: Produces a wide, gentle spray for cleaning delicate surfaces like windows, vehicles, and painted surfaces.
• Foam Cannon: For applying detergent. Fill the detergent bottle with appropriate pressure washer soap, attach it to the spray gun, and spray.

3. Using the Foam Cannon

Fill the foam cannon's detergent bottle with a pressure washer-safe cleaning solution. Attach the foam cannon to the spray gun. The pressure washer will mix the detergent with water to create a rich foam for effective cleaning. After applying detergent, remove the foam cannon and rinse the surface with a suitable spray nozzle.

4. Total Stop System (TSS)

The TSS automatically activates when the spray gun trigger is released, stopping the pump and saving energy. The pump restarts when the trigger is squeezed again. This feature prolongs the life of the pump and motor.

5. Shutting Down

1. Turn the rotary switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Turn off the water supply.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
5. Disconnect the water inlet hose.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Nozzles

If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the included nozzle cleaning tool (or a thin wire) to clear any debris. Rinse the nozzle with water before reattaching.

2. Cleaning the Water Inlet Filter

Regularly check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump. Remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it.

3. Storage

Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing damage in cold climates. Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free area. Use the integrated hose reel and cable hooks for organized storage.
