3. Product Overview and Parts Identification

Familiarize yourself with the camera's components:

  • Flash: Provides illumination in low-light conditions.
  • Lens: Captures images and videos.
  • Selfie Mirror: Assists in framing self-portraits.

4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
  2. Slide the cover latch to open the compartment.
  3. Insert the included 700mAh Lithium Polymer battery, ensuring the correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely into place.

4.2. Memory Card Installation

The camera supports TF (Micro SD) cards. A 32GB TF card is included.

  1. Open the battery compartment cover.
  2. Locate the memory card slot next to the battery.
  3. Insert the 32GB TF card with the gold contacts facing down, pushing it gently until it clicks into place.
  4. To remove the card, push it in again until it springs out.
  5. Close the battery compartment cover.

4.3. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery.

  1. Connect the small end of the USB cable to the camera's USB port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color when charging is complete.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power/Shutter Button for a few seconds.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power/Shutter Button again until the camera shuts down.

5.2. Taking Photos

  1. Turn on the camera. It will typically start in photo mode.
  2. Frame your shot using the 3.0-inch display.
  3. To focus: Press the Power/Shutter Button halfway down. The camera will autofocus.
  4. To take a photo: Press the Power/Shutter Button fully down.

5.3. Recording Videos

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Press the Video Mode/Down Button to switch to video recording mode.
  3. Press the Power/Shutter Button to start recording. A red dot or recording icon will appear on the screen.
  4. Press the Power/Shutter Button again to stop recording.

5.4. Zoom Function

Use the T/Zoom Slider (Telephoto) to zoom in and the W/Zoom Slider (Wide-angle) to zoom out. The camera features 16x digital zoom.

5.5. Playback Mode

  1. Press the Playback (Right Button) to enter playback mode.
  2. Use the directional buttons (Flash/Up, Continuous/Left, Playback/Right, Video Mode/Down) to navigate through your photos and videos.
  3. To exit playback mode, press the Playback (Right Button) again or the SET/Menu Button.

5.6. Menu Navigation and Settings

  1. Press the SET/Menu Button to access the camera's menu.
  2. Use the directional buttons to navigate through menu options.
  3. Press the SET/Menu Button to confirm a selection.
  4. Press the SET/Menu Button again to exit the menu.

  • Flash: Press the Flash (Up Button) to cycle through flash modes (Auto, On, Off, Red-eye Reduction).
  • Time-delayed Photography: Set a timer for photos (e.g., 2s, 5s, 10s) in the menu.
  • Continuous Shooting: Press the Continuous (Left Button) to activate this mode, allowing you to capture multiple shots in quick succession.
  • Multiple Filters: Apply various creative filters to your photos via the menu.
  • Video Pause: Pause and resume video recording.
  • Anti-shake: Helps reduce blur caused by camera movement. Enable this feature in the menu for clearer shots.
  • Recording Scene Selection: Choose from various scene modes (e.g., Portrait, Landscape, Night) to optimize settings for different environments.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for camera lenses. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Cleaning the Body: Wipe the camera body with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the camera in the included camera bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, dust, and extreme temperatures. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting
