Setup and Assembly

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the seat on the right side. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place. The seat height is adjustable from 19.6 inches to 23.6 inches.

Swivel Function

The chair features a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation without moving the base. Simply rotate the seat in any direction.

Rocking/Tilt Function

The chair offers a rocking mode with a tilt angle of up to 21 degrees. To engage or disengage the rocking function, use the rocking function knob located under the seat. Adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism by turning the knob.

Dual-Purpose Base

The chair comes with both smooth casters for mobility and stable foot pads for stationary use. These can be easily interchanged based on your preference and floor type. To swap, carefully invert the chair and pull out the installed components, then push in the desired alternative until securely seated.

Cleaning Upholstery

Difficulty Swiveling

Inspect the swivel mechanism under the seat for any obstructions or damage. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
