Setup

1. Charging the Device

Connect the player to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter) using the provided USB cable. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Inserting a MicroSD Card

The player does not have internal memory. A MicroSD card (up to 64GB, not included) is required to store music, videos, and other files.

Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the device. Gently insert the MicroSD card into the slot until it clicks into place. To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.

3. Initial Power On

Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top) until the screen illuminates.

Operating Instructions

Navigation

Use the circular control pad to navigate through menus. The central button typically acts as 'select' or 'play/pause'. The 'M' button usually accesses the menu or goes back.

Music Playback

Select 'Music' from the main menu. Browse your files and select a song to play. Supported audio formats include MP3, WMA, APE, WAV, and FLAC.

The player supports equalizer settings, repeat modes, and shuffle playback.

Video Playback

Select 'Video' from the main menu. The device supports video playback. Ensure videos are in a compatible format for the 1.8-inch screen (128x160 pixels resolution).

FM Radio

Select 'Radio' from the main menu. Connect wired headphones to the 3.5mm jack; they act as the antenna for FM reception. The radio can be played through the built-in speaker or connected headphones.

Voice Recording

Select 'Sound Recording' from the main menu to access the built-in voice recorder.

E-book Reader

Select 'E-book' to read text files. The player supports TXT format.

Image Viewer

Select 'Picture' to view images. Supported image formats include JPG and GIF.

Bluetooth Connectivity (Audio Output Only)

The Bluetooth function on this device is designed for connecting to wireless headphones or Bluetooth speakers for audio output. It does NOT connect to mobile phones, computers, car radios, or similar devices for file transfer or control.

To connect: Go to 'Setup' -> 'Bluetooth', turn Bluetooth on, and search for available devices. Select your Bluetooth headphones or speaker to pair.

Troubleshooting

Device not turning on

  • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the player to a power source and charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.

No music or video files detected

  • Verify that a MicroSD card is properly inserted. The player requires a MicroSD card (up to 64GB) as it has no internal memory.
  • Ensure your files are in supported formats (MP3, WMA, APE, WAV, FLAC for audio; JPG, GIF for images; TXT for e-books). Video format compatibility may vary; try converting videos to a common format suitable for small screens.

Bluetooth not connecting to phone/computer

  • The Bluetooth function is designed exclusively for connecting to Bluetooth headphones or speakers for audio output. It does not support connections to mobile phones, computers, or car radios for data transfer or control.

Poor FM radio reception

  • Ensure wired headphones are connected to the 3.5mm jack. The headphones act as the antenna for the FM radio.

Computer not recognizing the device when connected via USB

  • Try a different USB port or a different USB cable. Ensure the player is powered on when connected.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

Storage

  • Store the player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
