Safety Information

• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.

Assembly and Setup

1. Attach the Extension Rod: Insert the extension rod into the main body until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Cleaning Head: Connect the illumination multi-surface brush to the other end of the extension rod, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the battery pack into the slot on the main body until it locks. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
4. Charging: Connect the charger to the battery or the wall mount. The LED screen will indicate charging status. A full charge provides up to 90 minutes of runtime.
5. Wall Mount Installation (Optional): Choose a suitable location near a power outlet. Secure the wall mount to the wall using the provided screws and anchors. This allows for convenient storage and charging.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Mode Selection

• Power On: Press the power button on the handle to start the vacuum.
• Mode Selection: Use the mode button on the LED screen to cycle through Eco, Med, and Turbo modes. The LED screen displays the current mode and battery level.
• Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the vacuum.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached.

1. Hold the main body over a trash bin.
2. Press the dust cup release button to open the bottom flap and empty contents.
3. Close the dust cup flap securely.

Cleaning Filters

The DREAME R20 Pure features a multi-layered filtration system, including a metal mesh filter, multi-cone filter, sponge filter, and fine particle filter. These components are washable.

1. Disassembly: Twist and pull to remove the dust cup from the main body. Separate the metal mesh filter, multi-cone filter, sponge filter, and fine particle filter.
2. Washing: Rinse all filter components under running water until clean. Do not use harsh detergents.
3. Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Ensure they are completely dry to prevent mold or damage.
4. Reassembly: Reassemble the filters in reverse order of disassembly and reattach the dust cup to the main body.

Cleaning the Brush Roll

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the illumination multi-surface brush.
2. Use a coin or flat tool to unlock the brush roll cover.
3. Remove the brush roll and cut away any tangled hair or fibers using scissors.
4. Clean any debris from the brush roll housing.
5. Reinsert the brush roll and secure the cover.
