  3. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  4. Wash the air fryer baskets and any removable accessories with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Dual Zone Cooking (Match & Sync Functions)

  • Sync Finish: This feature ensures both baskets finish cooking at the same time, even if they start with different foods requiring different cooking times and temperatures. Set the desired temperature and time for each basket independently. Then, press the "Sync" button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start times of each basket so they conclude simultaneously.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Air fryer does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet issue; appliance malfunction. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the circuit breaker.
Food is not cooked evenly. Overcrowding the basket; not shaking/flipping food; incorrect temperature/time. Do not overcrowd baskets. Shake or flip food halfway through cooking. Adjust temperature and time as needed.
White smoke coming from the appliance. Grease residue from previous use; high-fat food. Clean the basket and interior thoroughly after each use. For high-fat foods, drain excess fat during cooking.
Food is not crispy. Too much moisture; not enough oil (if desired); incorrect temperature/time. Pat food dry before air frying. A light spray of oil can help. Increase temperature or cooking time slightly.
Appliance emits a burning smell. Food residue burning; new appliance smell. Clean the baskets and interior. If it's the first few uses, a slight smell is normal. If persistent or strong, unplug and contact support.
