Important Safety Instructions

• Ensure the ice maker is placed on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
• Unplug the ice maker before cleaning or when not in use for extended periods.
• Keep children and pets away from the ice maker during operation.
• Use only potable water in the water reservoir.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
• This appliance is for household use only.

Product Overview

The Aeitto Nugget Ice Maker is designed to produce soft, chewable nugget ice quickly and efficiently for home, kitchen, or office use. It features a one-click operation and an automatic self-cleaning function.

Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 4 inches of space on all sides).
3. Cleaning Before First Use:
   • Wash the ice basket and ice scoop with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
   • Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
   • Perform a self-cleaning cycle as described in the "Maintenance" section.
4. Power Connection: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Making Ice:

1. Add Water: Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line.

2. Insert Ice Basket: Place the clean ice basket into its designated position inside the unit.
3. Start Ice Production: Press the "ICE" button on the control panel. The indicator light will illuminate. The ice maker will begin producing nugget ice within approximately 5 minutes.

4. Ice Full Indicator: The "ICE FULL" indicator light will illuminate when the ice basket is full, and the ice production will automatically pause. Remove ice to resume production.
5. Add Water Indicator: The "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate when the water reservoir is low, and the ice production will pause. Refill the reservoir to resume.
6. Enjoy Ice: Use the provided ice scoop to retrieve the nugget ice.

Maintenance

Automatic Self-Cleaning:

The ice maker features an automatic self-cleaning function to maintain hygiene and performance.

1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
2. Press the "CLEAN" button on the control panel. The unit will initiate a cleaning cycle that typically lasts about 15 minutes.

3. After the cleaning cycle, drain the water from the unit using the drain pipe.

Draining Water:

To drain water from the unit, locate the drain pipe at the back of the ice maker. Remove the plug and allow the water to flow into a sink or container.

Descaling:

Regular descaling is important, especially in hard water areas, to prevent mineral buildup and maintain ice quality.

• Descale monthly in moderately hard water areas.
• Descale every two or three weeks in hard to very hard water areas.
