4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure sufficient space around the machine for operation and maintenance.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a grounded AC110V, 50hz/60hz, 1 phase power outlet.
- Powder Loading: Open the powder reservoir and carefully pour the recommended DTF powder into it. Ensure the powder is evenly distributed.

- Adjust Powdering: Use the "Powdering control" knob to set the desired amount of powder application. Start with a moderate setting and adjust as needed for uniform coverage.
- Set Shaking Speed: Adjust the "Shaking Speed" control to ensure proper powder distribution and removal of excess powder.
- Start Operation: Once the temperature is stable and settings are configured, initiate the film feed. The machine will automatically apply powder, shake off excess, dry the film, and coil it.
- Monitor Process: Continuously monitor the film as it passes through the machine to ensure proper powder application and drying. Adjust settings if necessary.
- Automatic Coiling: The machine will automatically coil the processed film. Ensure the take-up reel is properly installed and the film is securely attached to it.
