Important Safety Information

Using the Cooktop
The smooth glass cooktop features four radiant heating elements with varying power levels for diverse cooking needs.
- Front Left: 3700W
- Rear Left: 1200W
- Front Right: 3200W
- Rear Right: 1200W
To operate, turn the corresponding knob to the desired heat setting. The element will glow red when active. Always match cookware size to the element size for efficient heating.

Using the Convection Oven
The 5.0 cu. ft. convection oven provides even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. It features 7 distinct functions:
- Bake: For general baking of cakes, cookies, and casseroles.
- Pizza: Optimized setting for baking pizzas.
- Low Broil: For gentle browning or cooking thinner items.
- High Broil: For intense browning or searing thicker items.
- Conv. Broil (Convection Broil): Combines broiling with convection for faster, more even browning.
- Conv. Bake (Convection Bake): Uses a fan to circulate hot air, ideal for multi-rack baking and roasting.
- Defrost: Gentle thawing of frozen foods.
To select an oven function, turn the oven function knob to the desired setting. Then, use the temperature knob to set the desired temperature. The oven will automatically shut off when the set time is complete (if using the timer function).

Cleaning the Cooktop
